Return Policy

We cannot accept e-liquid returns due to hygienic reasons, so any return requests for e-liquids will be rejected. 
However, Clouds and Coffee will provide refunds for hardware products that are Dead-on-arrival (DOA) merchandise. Your Return Request must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the defected item and we will gladly replace the product and re-ship it free of charge after receiving the returned defected product. All other situations, do to the nature of vape products, all sales are final.
